Agenda: Reviewing Roles, Brief Introduction of scrum model
From last time:
Pramesh and Anthony were assigned as the leaders, Susan as the planner, and the rest as developers.
Today:
We will go over the project management philosophy that we will be utilizing for this project
Scrum is a project management framework that:
- involves working in small parts and making progress by adding more parts in stages.
- is based on the Agile methodology
- emphasizes continuous improvement and focuses on delivering value to the customer.
In the upcoming weeks we will be:
- Appointing a scrum master and a product owner
- Creating a Initial product backlog
- Plan and start our first sprint
